Pure Celebrates Back-to-Back Success at the Mobile Industry Awards 2026
We’re celebrating another fantastic night at the Mobile Industry Awards, after being named Best Customer Service (Business) for the second year running, alongside individual recognition for members of the Pure team.
The Mobile Industry Awards bring together organisations and individuals from across the UK mobile industry, recognising achievements in customer service, sales, innovation and more. This year’s event took place at the Royal Lancaster London on 17 September.
For Pure, it was an evening with plenty to celebrate.
Best Customer Service for the Second Year Running
We’re proud to have been named Best Customer Service (Business) at the Mobile Industry Awards 2026, securing the award for the second consecutive year.
Retaining the award is a significant achievement for everyone at Pure and reflects the commitment our team puts into supporting our customers every day. Customer service has always been at the heart of what we do, making it particularly rewarding to receive this recognition for a second year running.
Sam Deans Named a Future Star
The celebrations continued with Sam Deans, Senior Account Manager at Pure, being named one of the Mobile Industry Awards 2026 Future Stars.
This marks the second year in a row that a member of the Pure team has received the recognition, following Josh’s award in 2025.
We’re incredibly proud to see another member of our team recognised among the industry’s rising talent. For Pure colleagues to receive the award in consecutive years is a fantastic achievement and reflects the talented people we have across the business.
Further Recognition for Team Pure
Our success extended across several other categories, with Pure also reaching the finals for Sales Team of the Year and Best Place to Work (under 1,000 employees).
Adding to an already memorable year, Managing Director Ben Carter was named in the Mobile Industry Power 50, recognising influential leaders and senior figures from across the UK mobile and technology sector.
Ben was named alongside senior leaders from some of the industry’s biggest organisations, including Apple, BT Group, Currys, Samsung, Sky, Virgin Media O2 and VodafoneThree, as well as the CEOs of businesses including CityFibre, giffgaff, Lebara and Tesco Mobile.
Being included among such a prominent group of industry leaders is fantastic recognition for Ben personally, as well as the continued growth, reputation and impact of Pure within the UK mobile industry.
Reflecting on the evening, Josh Perryman, Head of Sales, said:
“It was a brilliant evening and one we’re incredibly proud of as a business. Winning Best Customer Service for the second year running is a fantastic achievement and is testament to the hard work and commitment of the whole team.
“It was also great to see Sam recognised as a Future Star, especially after I received the same recognition last year. To have someone from Pure recognised two years running says a lot about the people we have within the business.
“Congratulations to everyone recognised at this year’s awards, and a huge thank you to our team, customers and partners for their continued support.”
A Night to Remember
To come away from the Mobile Industry Awards with a second consecutive Best Customer Service award, recognition for Sam as a Future Star, two further finalist positions and Ben’s inclusion in the Power 50 made it a fantastic evening for everyone at Pure.
These achievements are a reflection of the people behind our business and the commitment they show to our customers, partners and each other every day. We’re incredibly proud of what the team has achieved and look forward to building on this success.
